Property management was always a silent orchestrator of her families daily lives. Balancing the needs of tenants, maintaining properties, and ensuring seamless operations were part of her family routine.

With a MBA in Business Administration, Human Resources Degree and Real Estate License, Jessica brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, strong financial knowledge, and people-centric solutions to the forefront of every business challenge. Her past role as Director of Human Resources and being in Real Estate for 10 years has equipped her with the skills to navigate the complexities of modern business while maintaining a keen understanding of the vital role human capital plays in Real Estate success.

With an unwavering passion for her craft, she has dedicated almost two decades to assisting a diverse clientele. From guiding dream home seekers to supporting investors in securing commercial and multi-unit rental properties, facilitating business transactions, and aiding hard-working farmers in their land endeavours, Wendy has found fulfillment in every facet of real estate.

Proudly rooted in her identity as an Islander, Wendy’s connection to the industry runs deep, stemming from her upbringing in a sizable family of building contractors. Prior to embracing her role as a Realtor®, Wendy immersed herself in the building field, laying the groundwork for a seamless transition into real estate. This commitment to the industry extends to her personal life, where she married a fellow building contractor, blending professional and familial ties.

This ethos has been passed down to her three children, shaping their upbringing. Wendy takes immense pride in her daughter, Jessica and son, Jordan who have chosen to work alongside her, sharing a genuine enthusiasm for the world of real estate. Jordan Flemming

Born and raised in the heart of Prince Edward Island, Jordan brings over 15 years of hands-on experience to the real estate arena. His journey spans various roles, including real estate agent, appraiser, property manager, contractor, investor, and business analyst.

A graduate with honors from the University of Prince Edward Island with a BBA, Jordan furthered his education at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, specializing in real estate property valuations. As an Appraisal Institute of Canada candidate member, Jordan conducted appraisals for residential and commercial properties across Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia.

Collaborating closely with both Jessica (sister) and Wendy (mother), Jordan developed a family-centric approach to real estate. From working with investors to assisting clients and first-time home buyers, his understanding of the local market is both deep and practical.
