Born and raised in the heart of Prince Edward Island, Jordan brings over 15 years of hands-on experience to the real estate arena. His journey spans various roles, including real estate agent, appraiser, property manager, contractor, investor, and business analyst.
A graduate with honors from the University of Prince Edward Island with a BBA, Jordan furthered his education at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, specializing in real estate property valuations. As an Appraisal Institute of Canada candidate member, Jordan conducted appraisals for residential and commercial properties across Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia.
Collaborating closely with both Jessica (sister) and Wendy (mother), Jordan developed a family-centric approach to real estate. From working with investors to assisting clients and first-time home buyers, his understanding of the local market is both deep and practical.
